Ye Sun - Visiting Professor at IKMZ

IKMZ is happy to welcome Ye Sun as a Verena Meyer visiting professor in the fall semester 2026!

Ye Sun is Professor of Communication Studies at the University of Georgia in Athens, USA. Her research examines the social-psychological processes that shape how people engage with scientific evidence, with a particular focus on public health, environmental risk, and science communication.
For students in our degree programs, she will give a lecture on Persuasion in Health Communication and teach a master's seminar on Open Science and Meta-Science for Communication Research.
