Sedef Biçer has been a Research and Teaching Associate in the Media & Internet Governance Division at the Department of Communication and Media Research (IKMZ) since December 2022 and collaborates in the SNF Sinergia project "CAll for Regulation support in Social MediA" (CARISMA). She holds an MA and BA in Political Science from the University of Zurich. Prior to that she worked as project officer for the University of Zurich and project manager for the University of Basel. Her current research and teaching interests include social media regulation, media policy, and internet governance.
